Dear Reader,
today I would like to suggest 5 tips to prevent cellulite.
Don’t think that you are the only one suffering from this disorder, it is a common saying that there is no woman in the world without cellulite, celebrities included.
Oh yes, because cellulite is a disorder that depends on many factors that inflame and alter cellular metabolism.
On the market there are many methods, treatments, and paths indicated to reduce or defeat the disorder, but before undergoing any plan recommended by our beautician we must work a lot on ourselves.
The five points I am about to list can only help you limit the inflammatory state and therefore counteract the onset of the much-hated cellulite.
Here are 5 tips that can help prevent or improve the condition:
1. Limit salt: not only what you add to various dishes but also the “hidden” salt found in canned products, cold cuts, cheeses, snacks, chips, etc. I’m not telling you that you don’t have to sin gluttony, just to pay a little attention to the labels.
2. Drinking lots of water is essential to hydrate the body and thus also avoid water retention. Waters are not all the same, choose one with a low fixed residue which helps against water retention. Try to drink as much water as possible, at least 2 liters of water a day. Sometimes we just don’t have the habit of hydrating ourselves, because we only drink for thirst. It is a way of acting that we can easily change because habits are simply our choices.
3. Cellulite affects all women of all ages. Even thin women are subject to cellulite, but undoubtedly it is easier to create blemishes in the buttocks and thighs area in people with a few extra pounds, which is why it is very important to always maintain a healthy weight.
4. Physical activity improves circulation and lipid metabolism, making an important contribution both in the case of treatment and in the case of prevention of cellulite. No need to join a gym or follow grueling fitness plans, even at home or at the park you can keep your body fit and supple; I suggest you try squats, they firm up your buttocks quickly but above all naturally way. If I may advise you, avoiding exercises with frequent jumps is better because they don’t help circulation.
5. We all know that smoking and alcohol are bad, but what we don’t remember is that these two factors greatly aggravate the problem: smoking negatively affects the correct oxygenation of the tissues while alcohol leads to vasodilation and, consequently, to greater facilitation of oedematous inhibition or accumulation of liquids in the interstitial spaces of the organism.
So my dear friend, my most valuable advice is simple but sometimes difficult to apply: you must always love yourself more than your partner can because before receiving external love, we must indulge ourselves with internal love.
